ORDER TRANSPARENCY

By placing orders in our company, you receive a production calendar that gives you the opportunity to verify at what stage of production your order is. You can personally check the production at any time. Flight to Warsaw from most European cities takes about 2 hours.

General Terms of Cooperation
(StrusWear – November 2022 version)

  1. Order Confirmation
    All orders are binding only after written confirmation by StrusWear. Until such confirmation is issued, StrusWear is not obligated to begin production or deliveries.
  2. Prices and Invoicing
    All prices are expressed in euros (EUR), net of VAT unless agreed otherwise. Shipping documents are issued on the day of dispatch; invoices are sent electronically within a few business days after dispatch.
  3. Payment Terms and Retention of Title
    Standard payment terms:
    • 50% of the order value is payable as an advance payment upon placing the order,
    • 50% is payable before the delivery of goods.
    Goods remain the property of StrusWear until full payment for the order has been made.
  4. Quality Assurance
    Any quality or quantity complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. Failure to submit a complaint within this period is deemed acceptance of the goods without reservation.
  5. Deliveries and Documentation
    Deliveries are made in accordance with confirmed orders, with a quantity tolerance of +/- 7%. All necessary shipping documents are provided on the day of dispatch.
  6. Environmental and Ethical Standards
    StrusWear complies with applicable European Union regulations, including the REACH regulation. StrusWear also expects its partners to adhere to equivalent environmental and ethical standards.
  7. Complaints and Liability
    Only justified complaints entitle the client to repair or replacement of goods, as decided by StrusWear. StrusWear is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.
  8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights
    The client warrants that it holds all necessary rights, licenses, and authorizations to use any trademarks, logos, designs, or other intellectual property provided to StrusWear for the purpose of order fulfillment. The client further agrees that the use of such intellectual property by StrusWear does not infringe any third-party rights. In case of any claims, disputes, or proceedings initiated by third parties arising from the use of such intellectual property, the client shall fully indemnify and hold StrusWear harmless from any liability, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees). All intellectual property rights in designs, patterns, or technical solutions developed independently by StrusWear remain the sole property of StrusWear unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  9. Delays in Payment and Right to Withhold Deliveries
    In case of payment delays exceeding agreed terms, StrusWear reserves the right to take back delivered goods and to withhold further deliveries until all amounts due are settled.
  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    All disputes arising out of order fulfillment are governed by Polish law. The court competent for StrusWear's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
